Is Vancouver worth visiting with kids?

We spent 7 days in Vancouver with our 4 kids. The weather was very rainy and cool (low 40s) during our stay. We had one full day when the temperature was above 10 degrees celsius (about 50 degrees farenheit). It is a great city for kids, with lots of parks and playgrounds, museums and zoos, and many tourist attractions. You do have to be careful about some of the things you purchase in the city though, as prices are higher here than in many other cities. Cafe’ quality and convenience is often significantly lower than in the U.S.
