The dealership was formerly owned by Dewey and Margaret Collins but was sold at the end of Family Feud 2018 to their son-in-law Drew Tanner and his wife Laura.Family Feud began taping its River City set in 2017 at an old family garage that has been converted into a car dealership called The Garage Sale. The building is located at 6539 W Center St, Los Angeles, CA 90045.The exterior of the dealership was built on a soundstage at CBS Television City, and the garage itself was built on a parking lot where taping took place from May 17th to June 12th 2017. The Garage Sale is also taping its interior set at CBS Television City’s Stage 31, which will be used for some episodes (possibly throughout 2019) & is still under construction as of April 10th 2019.
